Great tag but here is a helpful hint: when creating your pets profile after clicking in the first box to type your user name the entire page shifts to the left. Making it impossible to click any other boxes to add the rest of your information. So I tilted my phone sideways and I was able to add the rest of my information and create a profile. Hopefully petdewlling.com fixes that. Another thing that would be great if they updated is being able to add more than 1 photo of your pet so whoever finds them can see how much your pet is really loved and may be more likely to return them if they see multiple photos of you guys together. I personally had taken a bunch of photos of us to upload thinking I would he able to cut you can only add one. That would be the only reason I wished that I bought elsewhere. I hope they fix this. I read a review talking about the wr code being a sticker. It is a sticker but appears to have some kind of layer or coating on it so I think it should last

It is very clear to read and appears very durable material. Slightly heavy but not much more than a tag and it's not large or long, as I have it on my miniature dachshund and it's not dragging on the ground like some of the other tags were. I like it because my dog had a whole bunch of tags on him to cover different areas and I was able with this tag to fill out the profile to include all the information of all the other tags on to this one tag. So all someone has to do if they find him is scan the QR code and they will know everything about him and how to contact me. And similar to trackR they have a similar crowd location type GPS servicing, where when his QR code is scanned it will notify me and tell me where it was last scanned at. I am sad to hear that this company had a horrific review from somebody that brought the rating down. I honestly cannot imagine what that was about as I've had great customer relations with the company. so despite the readings that you see in the negative area I would highly recommend this product as I've given it five stars.

PITA setting up. You have to manually type in the codes to activate. Then it doesn’t take your code. Once setup, seems to work well. I purchased the premium support and do receive a email with GPS (if shared) when scanned, but I would rather get a text than email notification.

The ESA tags are gorgeous. I bought both the Red and White designs for both of my ESA Dog. Setup was easy, scan the QR code on the tag and enter the activation code found above the QR code then fill in all the info of my ESA ID and dog info on Gogo and Jojo’s profile. I love PetDwelling’s new feature there is a banner on the profile picture indicating if its a Service dog or ESA, we can also upload all the legal documents on its profile page instead of carrying around. Now whenever we go travel or enter a convention we can easily proof the ESA identity by show my ESA pet profile. It only costed $10 for the ESA ID tag, I can also enjoy the Petdwelling free membership and unlimited free webpage/cloud. I bought two of these; one for each of our kitties. They’re so cool. You get an email notification anytime you/someone scan(s) the QR code, so you know immediately if someone has found your kitty. You get to set up a cute profile with photos, interests, and character traits for your cat. Very thick and durable. Well worth the $8.99!

I use this item for my service animal it is very durable invisible to see. It's is helpful for other people to realize that my service animal is an emotional support animal and Rosie doesn't try to rip it off her collar.

I absolutely love this product! I've had it for about 2 weeks now. Did she chew on it? Yes. Does it still work after hours of her chewing on it? Yes. Did it break off and she swallow it? Nope. My puppy has now realized that she can't chew it and now ignores it 90% of the time. On top of all of that, the profile I created for her is free and I'm able to put all of my contact info and my puppy's info on the profile for emergencies. Highly recommended!

This item intrigued me because I thought it would be a great idea to have a tag that readily displayed my dog’s information. However, I was unable to create an account, unable to reach their support team, and the tag has a soft acrylic finish that scratches easily. The concept is great, but with poor execution. This tag may need to go back. My 9 y/o, red brindle greyhound is an uncommon breed in our community, he never leaves home without his tag collar, and his existing collar tags readily display most of his important information already anyway. When you have a family member that is capable of running up to 45MPH in just three strides, it’s best to have a tag collar in case he ever gets loose. No one plans for a collar malfunction, so it’s best to be prepapred. Anyway, I can’t recommend this product. It is marketed as a social media style collar tag, but I can’t even create an account. I still have yet to hear from the support team and the password reset function is seemingly inoperable. I’d suggest going with a more conventional, dual-sided, metal ESA collar tag.
