Any advice for inflating the disk? Mine is flat and pump doesn't seem to be able to inflate it.

Make sure the needle and valve are fully opened.

When filling with air, what's the psi for this item?

I generally add 3-5 air pumps to partially fill balance disc because I prefer a lower volume of air. I do this because when sitting atop the disc on a hard surface chair allows me to waddle side by side and lean left to right massaging movements to relax back and spine. The unit does not post a psi amount of air I go by feel too much air and your high center I prefer a more deflated disc. Sorry this has such little air it will not indicate PSI on the bike hand pump gage.

is the seatlarge enough for a 280 lb person?

I weigh 210, and some of my training partners are around 225-245. It’s more about the balance of one foot on the disc. I would imagine it would work, at 280, as these discs are universally used in gyms around the country.

I can’t seem to get mine to Inflat, any suggestions ?

Common and really annoying problem! I had to return discs for replacement twice. I found the disc with the inflation hole on the side works better and more reliably than the ones with the hole on the bottom or underside.
