Absolutely THE BEST Advent Calendar EVER!!!! Only a few days into the calendar but we are SO in love with the quality and taste of these sauces! The packaging is amazing! I love the "drawer" style so when you pull one out you can't sneak to see the next day. We've done a ton of these calendars, jerky, beer, wine, cheese, but this is by far the BEST fun we have had. Next year I may switch it up and give as Christmas gifts so they are even more surprised. No one said you had to do it Dec 1-25. Do it after Christmas! Love it. And the customer service/follow-up was amazing from this family-owned company. They contacted me upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect! I'll be back for more and to check out your other products! Thanks for a very enjoyable, different kind of gift!

This advent calendar was amazing. Every single hot sauce was unique, had the BEST flavors and clever names to go with them. The bottles through days 1-24 were not as small as you would expect. They are actually a really decent size, and we'll have hot sauce stocked for the majority of the year. Christmas day, you get a full-size bottle, and this hot sauce was probably my favorite. I would just comment that it comes out fast, so be gentle. I also liked that most of the bottles suggested foods it would taste great with. I was able to get the full potential of the flavor when following the suggestions. This advent calendar was a little on the pricey side, but you get it all back with the quality that comes in this box. I would give it 10 stars if I could. BRAVO!

I had a lot of fun with this advent calendar. I'm the type that always keeps a stash of hot sauce on hand and enjoys the ridiculously hot. I rated the taste as 5*, but not all of the sauces were great. The Krampus one, for example, tasted like little more than salt and vinegar. However, most of them were quite tasty. There were maybe 2 that I didn't particularly enjoy balanced out with a few that I wish I had more of. Santa's Secret Sauce in particular was a big hit with all of my friends, and I would absolutely buy more of the ghost sauce which had an excellent balance of high heat and great taste. Heat ranges from barely a tingle on my tongue to levels that most of the people around me couldn't handle (though only a couple where at that level). 24 of the bottles are smaller with one full bottle for the last day. The names and labels are humorous and part of the fun of the set. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys trying a variety of hot sauces.

I liked this set so much I left this review on the site too. Such an awesome set!Every bottle is unique (save one, which I think was an accident). They've all been really good and are packaged nicely. The holiday names are funny and adorable too. My favorite is day 18, but the person I bought it for says he hasn't disliked a single one yet! If you're looking for a unique and fun holiday gift, this is it.The only issue is that it can be a challenge to get some of the hot sauces out, especially the ones on the bottom. Other than that, it's been great and well worth the price.

I rarely write reviews here but I've been so happy with this calendar that I feel the need to write this. I decided to splurge on this advent calendar and it's been worth every cent. I'm half way through it and my whole family looks forward to each new sauce, each day. First of all the presentation is great. Best of all the sauces are EXCELLENT. Very much true to the Louisiana-style with consistency and flavor, but each one is quite unique. What a variety and all delicious! Some fun surprises along the way. Red, greens, and well I won't spoil it. All in all, superb. Go for it. You've been good.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loved most of the hot sauces. The bottles are big for a sampler. My issue is that he wanted to buy larger bottles of his favorites and 7 months later they are still not available even though the manufacturer said they would be. For the serious hot sauce lover I don’t recommend because when the recipient wants more of their favorites they won’t be available. We have found another hot sauce that is super amazing, Queen Majesty, very good flavors and our new favorite until BYOB decides to produce outside of their Christmas Advent theme.

I bought the Hot Sauce Advent calendar for my son. He loved it. Every night starting December 1 he opened that night’s box and video taped himself reading the label, talking about the pepper being used in the sauce, and tasting the sauce on a piece of chicken. He had many followers and comments regarding the different sauces. It was great when he finally got to a really hot sauce. Most of the sauces were mild but a couple got him sweating and turning red. Each bottle had a super cute name. Some of the sauces were not the traditional orange/red color...some were yellow, green and I believe one was an off white color. I recommend this calendar as a fun gift for a hot sauce lover.

I can’t praise this enough. I bought this for my college son. He was alone during Covid Christmas but was lucky enough to have this Advent calendar so he could open something every day. I was afraid the bottles would be tiny, but they weren’t. I also was afraid the flavors would be bland and generic but they weren’t. They had good flavor and warmth. He is a real aficionado and can tell you all about the diff peppers so knows his stuff. Loved this. Had a salsa tasting party w his Covid group after Christmas.The calendar was also large and decorative. Made a nice centerpiece.
