I don't feel like I need to go back for seconds and thirds
I've only been using this product for a few weeks but I can already tell a difference in the way I feel. I'm not thinking about food constantly (which is a change!) and when I do eat, I don't feel like I need to go back for seconds and thirds. I'm the kind of person who eats when I'm bored too, and I've noticed I haven't been looking in the fridge when I have nothing else to do. I don't own a scale but my clothes seem to be fitting better too. I'm optimistic that I will continue to see results if I can keep my appetite down. If you battle hunger all the time, this is a great product to try.
