I don't often do reviews but when something is as nice as this I have to give credit.This is such good quality for the price. The packaging is quality, first sign of a good item (see pics)Everything needed to secure the item correctly is included (you'll need your own drill and screw driver)It was so easy to put up. I made sure to fide the correct position, marked the holes I needed to drill and then used a 4mm drill bit for a pilot hole. Then after marking the length of the raw plug on an 8mm drill bit I made the pilot hole bigger.Then simply screwed in the raw plugs, then screwed the base on nicest and secure.The hook then slots in and turns 180 to ensure it won't come out and has some extra foam "washers" for a little extra security. 😀My telecaster ("my precious") is safe and sound up there and I'm pretty sure that she ain't coming down unless the wall comes with her.So easy to install, took all of 5 mins. Hope that helps someone that's looking for a well made and well priced hanger for their "precious" 😋

The Ortega wall hanger for guitar was on an ever growing list I kept of things I really should have bought a long way back but always found a reason for putting the purchase off. I used to have my guitar sat next to my amp on one of those Hercules, three legged floor stands, which, although sturdy, take up way too much room in a cottage. Enter the wall hanger.This is an excellent piece of kit, which, although simple in its design, has the ability to completely transform a room. There’s just something classy about having your pride and joy, hanging on a wall for all to see and looking at it from a more practical point of view, how easy it is to just grab it ready to plug in and play.Although the hanger comes complete with wall fixings it may be worth pointing out that these are not in line with the quality of the rest of the product. There are two drywall fixings supplied with the kit along with two drywall screws, which are nowhere near the correct and safe length in my estimation. Given that my Les Paul weighs 4 kilograms plus, I erred on the side of safety and, using my own screws and Rawlplugs, I fixed the hanger into concrete.In summary this is a great product let down slightly by the inclusion of, in my estimation, fixings below the standard of the main item. I’m fortunate in that I always have a supply of fixings on hand but not everyone has. For that reason I’m deducting a star.

I'm happy to be the first person to review this. The hanger is good quality and easy enough to assemble. I like hangers like this one which are just wide enough to use the wood of the headstock to hang the guitar. All of the other hangers rely on the tuners which causes damage. The wood is proper wood and not cheap rubbish.Let's see if this withstands the test of time.

Decent hanger for the price, hanging my favourite Gibson on it, what more to say !

I have now brought 4 of these great guitar hangers they are strong well made & do the job intended .

Foam ends come off frequently but other than that great

To begin with I am pleased overall with this product. It looks good and does the job and I think for the price they are reasonable value for money.The reason for the average rating is the wall fixings and accessories/screws that are supplied are woefully inadequate in my opinion. The screws supplied in my view are not long enough for a bracket which is taking the weight of a guitar. In addition the Rawlplugs supplied are only for plasterboard and not particularly good quality. In order to ensure they were securely fastened to the wall (brick in this case) I had to use some of my own Rawlplugs and obtain some longer screws to get the job done.It is a shame as overall I am pleased with the product and the result but I think buyers should be aware of this when purchasing.

Cheap, simple but very well designed and decently made handle. The fork is not horizontal but tilted backwards. This is a big advantage. The seller did not write that the fork is rotatable, which also fits into the asymmetrical guitar head. It is packed in a very nice box and contains mounting screws. Suitable for a gift. I highly recommend this handle. I'm very happy.
