Great Fun, Not Too Loud fun Music and lights
This was an immediate hit at my grandson’s birthday party! Easy to use, unsure yet how fast it will eat batteries and there is not a rechargeable option. Great fun, he needed minimal instructions and we found fun small prizes in Amazon to put inside. Never overfill, only about 1/3 full or there isn’t room for the claw to do it’s job! Many complained of loud music and no off switch or volume control, we didn’t find it too loud or obnoxious and it stops automatically at the end of each turn. The music actually speeds up as your turn is close to ending to let you know to hurry. In my video the machine rocks a little but it’s because he was so excited he pushed one of the corners off the table. It’s stable, cute, fun and after his birthday we are having him do chores or tasks to earn coins! Gramma is Very Happy with this purchase as it was so enjoyed!

The HIT of the party!
Bought this for a birthday party for adults as a fun little thing to play with after dinner, but Oh my god! My entire family was obsessed with it! We literally played for hours on end just trying to get the little prizes (which I also purchased seperately from amazon). It wasn't that the prizes were that great, but the competition to get the most prizes was so fun. This runs on 3 D size batteries, not 2 AA like the details say. So you should definitely know that. The 3D size batteries were more than enough to power the game for hours and then some. The claw works pretty well, you just have to be very precise to get a prize. Be sure you get prizes that aren't too heavy. Little plastic cars and fidget spinners were what I put in it. The only slight con is that you will be hearing that circus music in your dreams! It's only the one tune and man is it loud. The tune gets faster and faster as the turn is about to end. I promise you though...you'll be "hearing" it in your head for a long time after! Great game we'll be using it for more parties in the future.

Fun but loud
There are a couple design flaws with this machine, but there are ways around it to make it work. The first issue I had was the plastic put on the claw for shipping. This wouldn’t be so bad, however, the access hole to this is too small to get your fingers in. This small hole is also how you are supposed to load the items you want in there. I ended up taking the screws off the entire top so that you can remove it and I just set it back on top while using. The access to the change slot does not seem to want to stay in either. I did not read the description carefully enough, and it uses D batteries, which is a pain and spendy, but I am sure that was in the information. I just didn’t read it. I have seen that the major complaint is that the music is obnoxiously loud, and I fully agree. So much so that I went on a YouTube to find a video showing how to disable it. It was pretty easy, you just have to remove the bottom and cut the wiresIt was pretty easy, you just have to remove the bottom and cut the wire leading to the speaker. And although this is easy, it would be a lot easier if they just had a control to turn it down or off like many other toys in the world has. The light still flash, and it gives you a cue on when you’re starting to run out of time, because the light start flashing faster. Even without the music, the claw itself is super loud. With all those concerns noted, it was worth the price. My kids have fun with it. And will be great to use at birthday parties.

Garbage Broke on Christmas Day
Bought this for my son for Christmas and it broke hours after he opened it. Played it maybe 5 times and then the claw stopped working. My husband tried all the putzing and futzing recommended on the interweb but to no avail. My son is so disappointed. I was apprehensive to purchase this in the first place thinking this may happen but it was the least junky-seeming claw game out there and he really wanted one. But my worst suspicions came true. I’m not even bothering to try a replacement as I am sure it will be as low quality as this one. Not worth a dime much less the $55 I paid for it. What a horrible and disappointing Christmas for my child. Don’t waste your money or risk seriously bumming out your kid.

This was really cool! Until it randomly broke!
This was one of my favorite purchases, for my kids arcade room. It was soo fun to use while it was working! There were minor glitches, and unpredictability with the claw at times, but for 50$ I thought it was well worth it. Until, less than a week after Christmas, the claw randomly decided to stop going down. It will go from side to side, back and forth, but it will no longer go down to pick anything up. I have tried troubleshooting, and figuring out the problem, but I cannot seem to find one, it just does not work. Another thing I should mention is it requires 4 either C or D batteries, which are kinda expensive... especially when the product decides to not work anymore! I am unsure if mine was faulty, or what, but I would gladly re-write this review, if I am able to get this fixed!
