nice brushes, great price.
These brushes are just what the doctor ordered. I am an elderly woodworker and because of that I don't work in the barn for several hours at a time. This morning I am putting the finishing touches on a yard swing I just built. I use these brushes because for the price I can just throw them away after each paint session. If i had more expensive brushes, I would have to take the time to clean and dry them each time and that's too much. As an example, on the yard swing, I paint one side and stop and discard the brush, then a few hours later, I paint another area and again throw the brush away. Saves a lot of time and the brushes are well made for the price.

Consistent in quality for cheap brushes
I use these basically as acid brushes - use them once and throw them away. For serious painting work I use Purdy or Wooster brushes, but the cleaning process to reuse them is a real hassle and time-consuming. For disposable brushes the quality is actually pretty good:1. Yeah, 1-2 loose hairs but you can easily pull them out before you use them2. The brushes have a uniform amount of bristles per brush; it's not like some brushes have a lot and some too sparse3. Accurate rivet locations, not all over the place4. Consistent placement of the ferrules, not crooked or loose5. Consistent quality of wood: uniformly white, no knots or splintersWith these cheap brushes the best practice is go down to the DIY store and pick out good brushes from the lot on the shelf. Buy a box of these and you don't need to bother. So for the price, you really can't complain.

Not for detailed super clean finishes
These brushes work great for rough projects and first coats but can leave streaks and bristles. But I use them all the time for clear coating my wood projects. I but them all the time. Use with paint too.

Best Price for Throw Aways
I would recommend these brushes to anyone who needs to apply yucky coatings on a project.I bought these brushes for one time use - mostly for applying small amounts of epoxy resin coatings of wood projects. And for the price ? A great bargain ! I won't be using them too often, maybe once a month so the $damage is tolerable. Do be aware these are not high or even low end paint brushes - just for quick-and-dirty use. The all-natural china bristles are not going to wilt in whatever you plan to use them for ... epoxy, water, acetone, alcohol ... like nylon or polyester bristles often do. Same for the handle 'cause it's unpainted wood. I have been known to trim the bristles down without any hesitation.Pros: Inexpensive, practical, throw away-able, tolerant to many things so won't sag.Cons: Won't leave a top shelf finish without a lot of post-process or secondary steps.

good and bad review
These are really the best price available. I used it to pain the top of the baseboard in my garage. They wore out after about 20 feet of baseboard. But I didn't have to clean them, just throgh them away.

Exactly what i was looking for
Single-use utility brushes that hold up. Good price. I even use them for applying hair for touching up roots!
