No, you can not use Bluetooth headphones or speakers, but the set is worth the price.

Is it quiet and how is it powered?

Yes it is quiet. to a point of course. The materials will make a tapping sound as you play and the harder you strike the louder the tap. But you can play your arse off and rock out without bothering someone watching TV in the next room. It has its own plugin power supply. You'll connect the power supply and the modules to the control pak (that's the square box in the middle. You will need 1) a drummer's throne or stool and mine did not come with headphones so you will need to get those. This is a nice rig for a beginner to get started on. I was surprised at how well everything was. I had been looking at rigs for about $450 so this was a big savings and well worth it.

What kind of amp do I need for this? I am unfamiliar with musical instruments. Is there a specific kind of amp?

Me am wanting all the amp music yes. Instrument? Yes. Of course? Yes? You will see.

Does this come with headphones?

It says it does in the description, also drumsticks, so they should correct that if they don't come included
