Fits my premature baby (5lbs) so well (barely too big). Super cute, well-made, button up makes it perfect for a NICU baby.

My little one is a 4lb preemie and after a quick wash and dry they fit as good as they possibly could! She’s 15” long, so the feet are a wee bit short, but she keeps her legs curled and loves to be swaddled, so it hasn’t been a problem. I roll the sleeve cuffs once and she’s good to go! Our pediatrician even commented that they fit and were cute! I wish there were more patterns to choose from because I would definitely buy all of them!

I bought this for my 16 inch, 4 pound preemie size silicone baby/reborn doll and the fit is good so they are quite small but that was perfect for me. The first photo shows one on before washing with a cloth diaper underneath and it’s a bit roomy at that point. However, they do shrink quite a bit on the first wash with cold water and low dryer setting as you can see in the second photo with the same cloth diaper and the third comparing the unwashed and washed outfits. The legs in particular are very short after washing and only really fit because her legs are in a bent position so do be aware of that. Unfortunately, one of the outfits had some small black stains but they did come out a little bit with stain remover and since it was my least favorite of the 3 anyway I didn’t want to return them all. Overall now after washing I find they fit best with a thinner diaper (I’m just using the outer cover of a cloth one with no pad insert) and fit this size preemie very well and I love the flower designs. I named my baby Rose because it just seemed so fitting looking at her in them.

The quality and fit was perfect for my grandson, he was on smaller size when he was born and this fit him perfect. He weighed 6lbs when he was brought home 19 inches long.

These are true preemie size. I bought these sleepers for my preemie daughter while she was in the NICU. They were the only footies that actually fit her, whereas many other preemie clothes were huge. Once she got to about 5 lbs she grew out of them. They are also adorable and the snaps are convenient for a NICU baby who is attached to many wires
