Imaging Anatomy: Head and Neck

I have been looking for a textbook like this for ages. H&N anatomy is challenging, and this is exactly what I wanted: a comprehensive review of H&N anatomy, with a focus on cross-sectional imaging. There are many high-quality, well-labelled images that go through just about everything I would want to know about anatomy in the H&N from an imaging standpoint. The included digital version is a huge plus as well, as good quality images for lecture or review can be hard to find.

This text is outstanding! Well organized with salient discussion at the start of each section, excellent images, accurate anatomical labeling of critical structures, and captions ripe with imaging pearls. There are a few pathologic imaging correlates presented, but the majority of the book deals with the normal imaging anatomy of the head and neck. The online version is readily accessible and a nice adjunct for at-work use.As a resident and now neuroradiology fellow, this book has significantly improved my confidence in approaching complex head and neck cases. For anyone interpreting head and neck cases on a routine basis, I would highly recommend this valuable reference.
