This Tumbler has been the best Tumbler I've ever used. I drink hot green tea multiple times a day. This Tumbler will keep my tea hot for a minimum of three to four hours after I put the lid on. The bamboo on the outside of the Tumbler remains cool while my drink is still hot. The construction and the feel of this Tumbler is awesome.

Just got this gorgeous tea infuser. Looks amazing, the bamboo is SO smooth and soft and despite hot tea the wood is nice & cool. Love that it's stainless steel and the cleaning instructions are basic & simple. Seems really well made. Gave it a 4 because it would be nice if there was an optional lid to sip the tea from and to limit spills should my little ones knock it over. But really that's just an extra feature that would be nice. And honestly I do love love warm steam tea facials so I can't complain too much. Using for the first time, but happy with my purchase.

Made tea w almost boiling water an hour before work, was still just as hot hours later and by the time i got home it was luke warm so it lasted around 8 hrs. This thing is so awesome. I really appreciate how the bamboo is organic. This tumbler came exactly like the pic. The bamboo is a bright amazing color. Feels comfy to the grip. You can’t feel the heat through it really. Overall i love it I’m really glad I bought it. Wish there was a 32 oz size though. I’m so used to making tea w just a mason jar. the customer service team was also super great to me and helped me a lot. super nice ppl and im so grateful.

Just got this item and it looks well made and is very attractive. Having said that, the box makes you think that it was made with lots of love (says so right on the box). However, lifting a sticker off the bottom of the box, it says MADE IN CHINA. I'm sure all those chinese workers really put a lot of love in making this tumbler. Also, hiding the country of origin is a violation of 19USC1304

I had high hopes for this water bottle. I have had it for about 2 months now and there is water trapped in the lid. I washed and cared for the bottle as per the instructions. It has never been in the dishwasher. And yet, if you shake the lid you can clearly hear that there is water trapped inside. If I have the lid on for awhile and then remove it there is definitely a mildew smell even though it is a stainless steel bottle. I can only assume it’s from the water trapped in the lid. Very disappointed. Previous to this I had a glass bottle much like this FOR YEARS but my toddler broke it. I had hoped this would last as long or longer. Again very disappointed.

Love the look! It has good functionality, keeps tea hot and does exactly what you want it to. A little difficult to clean but they provide good directions to help do it the right way and keep it maintained correctly.

I love the design of this tumbler, it’s functionality and practicality! I love my loose leaf tea and this tumbler is perfect for my on the go lifestyle!

it was a wonderful product but broke quickly very beautiful though !
