Healthy option
A healthy kefir option as no added sugar. A little sour in taste but can be remedied by adding a little honey or sliced bananas.

I always buy Yeo valley as it's alive lol.The yoghurt in a green container is my go to, this kefir is second if I'm honest - based on taste.

Great taste
Tasty! Actually tastes like kefir is supposed to taste. Highly recommend. Just wish the container was larger!

Yeo Valley Kefir Natural,
I preferred the kerned yogurt that is no longer available as it was beautifully thick and creamy.. This Kefir is too acidic.
