Out lasted all other blades
Should have stuck with original proprietary brand blade. I purchased a Morse chop saw a few years ago. I didn't have a chance to really compare other blade brands until this large order came in. This blades has out lasted other brands by 2 fold and still counting. Cut 550 pieces of 1.5x1.5x1/8" 304 stainless angle.

Good sharp performance. Very limited life for strenuous applications.
Lifespan: 5/10 for SS metal fabrication duty. (thick SS parts, especially plate)Peak Sharp Performance: 8.5/10 (very limited in thick SS applications)Dull Performance: 9/10 (Still get use on steel with increased feed pressure well after it's practically shot otherwise)*Tip: pressure applied is huge, typically standard rate, let it work, but don't let it linger if you're midway through a cut and at or around max area of blade contact for particular cut, if it slows to apparent stand still, increase pressure until you see the speed of cut matches or is at least ~75-80% of standard feed rate. Lingering generates heat which is this blades demise. Do not let your part turn red, if you see that early in blade lifespan let it cool.Started out doing semi-long cuts on 316 SS plate 3/16" thick and it performed well for approximately 36" maybe 40" then began to heat to red hotand spark occasionally

Starts out great
When this blade was first put on it was amazing. All of us were impressed. Cut times were fantastic and clean. As the day went on the edge degraded and the time just kept going up. We got about 50 cuts out of I before it was useless. The Dewalt blade we had on was 1/4 the price and lasted longer. Totally a waste of the extra cost.
