This BN-LINK outdoor timer works perfectly. It’s heavy-duty, weatherproof, and very easy to set up. The dual outlet is super convenient, and it keeps my Christmas lights and outdoor decor on schedule with no issues. Great quality and accurate performance — highly recommend!

I have used them for Christmas lights over two seasons and they work great. The remote is a nice feature.

It took about 5 minutes to program. Read the instructions carefully. You must put it in the auto mode. Worked very well. Time will tell if the outlet will handle 1500watt load and not overheat and melt. Has 8 different program daily events.

Easy to operate. It's possible to program several times. Works great for my diesel engine oul pan heater. Programming is easy.

For customer service, definitely 5 star, but for product ( reliability), maybe or maybe not, at least in my two times purchases of the same brand, here is my story with limited reviewing comments. 1 first time purchase is more than a year ago, bought one of their indoor timers, dual outlet and dual control model, kind of complex setting up, within a year it went bad and I contacted the customer service, and they promised to send me a new replacement, by then I hesitated and didn't "cash" the deal in time, I thought I could just tolerate manually turning off and on of my targeted appliance, and simply used it as a dual switched outlet socket plus a tiny clock. 2 After several months of laboring manually "on and off" my unit, I had a second thought asking them to honor me a coupon instead of sending me a new replacement, so I can buy their single outlet counterpart, this time I never get answers from the customer service, which i can understand, because, my act made me " cute and mean", but the truth is not, I'm reasonable and conscious Amazon buyer for years. I don't do naught stuffs to Amazon or its sellers. 3 And now I'm tired of manual-operations daily, so I want to give another try for this brand and ordered this outdoor/indoor unit. the setup procedure is similar, but simpler due to the fact of its single control ( just dual out) . So far so good for two days of ops, except tiny glitch is that I couldn't turn on that tiny LED reset light, ( according to manual PDF, you can use a clip/Sims card pin to turn it on by resetting.), not sure that's a defect of mine or this model designed like that, because my prior one does lit when you set it on and once circuit is off light off as well. ( that dual model have two lights). mine was broken for its auto on/off function, but does still work as manual switch ( with that lighting indicator) 4 I really don't have any real world experiences yet ( two days of ops) about this modal to make any informative comments, merely doing this for bookkeeping, if it's reliable and last longer than 1-2 years, I would be happy and update the review.

I bought this digital timer to replace and old fashioned dial timer one from the same company that stopped working after 1 week. At least I got 1 week out of the other one. This one was defective from day one. All I wanted was a timer to have my outdoor Christmas lights go on at 4pm and off at 1 am each night. I followed the very complicated instructions and set the clock and the timer for 7 days on at 4pm, off at 1am. When I set the timer on "Auto ON" the lights went on. They would only go off if I set it to "Auto OFF" or manual. I left the lights on and they did go off at 1am as programmed, however they came randomly on at some point during the night because they were on again in the morning. I tried all kinds of resetting and troubleshooting but the lights remained on unless I turned it to Auto OFF, which defeats the whole purpose of a timer! Ended up returning which was a huge hassle because the company did not have the option for "No Box, no label" at UPS, so I had to pack it up and print a label. Waste of time and money. Never ordering from this manufacturer again!

This works awesome for Christmas lights. Easy to program and really inexpensive. Worked perfect this last season. Now I will use it in the house when I go on vacation.

I bought these for our Christmas lights and they work great. Very simple to program and I like that they turn on at dusk and off in 4 hours. That's what I programed them for. Heavy duty and great design. The plugs are on the bottom of the timer to keep water out.

I just set this up 3 days ago, so this is an early review. If my opinion changes, I will change my review. This was really easy to set up with the little booklet that came with it. Set up time was less than 5 minutes for 2 program settings. I was looking for a multi-programmable exterior switch so I didn't have to keep my main step lighting on all the time, and I was happy to stumble on this one in my search. I like that I can have the lights programmed to be on in the evenings for visitors and delivery drivers (where I live our daylight gets reduced to 8am - 4pm), turn off before I go to bed, then come on again in the early morning for an hour so I don't risk tripping down my dark steps as I make my way to my car on weekdays. I also like that I can have a completely separate schedule for weekends when I don't have to go to work. I'm just hoping it holds up in the extremely cold temperatures of Eastern Canada in December to February, as well as the snow/ice storms.

Update: changed my review to 5 stars. I didn’t realize the program kicks in once it hits the set times. The lights stayed on until the off time and now running on time! :) Followed the instructions exactly. Set up my programming, set Auto to ON and when I plug the Christmas lights in, the lights come on. They aren’t suppose to turn on until 4pm and it’s only 10am now. All the AM/PM clocks are correct. I even watched a YouTube video of set up, which was the same way I did it. Very frustrating as the price point was great. Will be returning
