Saving my back from a LOT of discomfort!
Just what my back needed. This was recommended by a retired physical therapist friend of mine who knows the condition of my back. It has saved me from a lot of discomfort. I take it everywhere. Specially movies, concerts, theater. Those seats are most generally horrible. Being able to sit for 2 hours in comfort is great. My wife bought one after she tried mine and takes hers every where too

The seat and the back are both too narrow for most adult men. The overall quality appeared okay, but I had to return it because it was too small.

Very happy with Backfriend - helped relieve much of my lower back pain
As someone with sciatic problems, I find most couches and chairs too soft and too deep. I also have an issue with pressure, so the conventional "just put a bolster in the small of your back" actually causes even more problems. The Backfriend solved both issues for me. I got the unpadded version, upon recommendation from the site, and it has been a savior of my back. It's firm enough to support me without too much pressure on any one point of my back. I am very glad I bought this.Within days of using the Backfriend, my lower back was pain-reduced enough that I could start my yoga again.
