Q: Which one is better the Tiger brand or Zojirushi brand. And What is the product number that is made in Japan . Made in china is not good in review.

I got the Zojirushi brand and have been using it since the day I bought it in September 2011. I've been using it almost everyday and never had any issues at all. Still to this day works like a charm. Given I never figured out how to set the clock on it but that's just my fault lol. Sadly can't tell you witch product number is the one that's made in Japan. Didn't even realize their was 2 versions of it.

Q: how many days can this thing keep rice warm without spoiling it - a little brown top is okay ?
