Great Poncho, buy it!
Read reviews and this poncho met and exceeded expectations. I needed a light but good poncho for archery hunting in the monsoons in northern arizona. This poncho is not very loud, very pliable, held up great in heavy rain with no leaks through the fabric, very light to carry for the just in case storm. What I like best is the size. I am 5'10", 170lbs, and during down poor poncho covered me with a small to med size day pack on my back, and bow at side while reaching down to ankles. Legs stayed dry. When I sat, everything including feet were covered. Bow stayed dry. The best coverage I have ever had in a poncho. Not too big either. Just right. As far as the reviews concerning only three buttons per side this is typical of any ponch and no more or less an issue with this one. If you have an issue just use sticky velcro as liberal as you want to close up the caps. I did, and worked great in wind and rain. Although the material is lightweight it is sturdy due to ripstop nylon and double coat of poly. Buy it. You won't regret it. Camo pattern also was surprisingly very good. My buddy said it blended in well. Probably going to buy another for back up as usually when i find something this good at a great price they sell out and become not available.

Very good by almost every measure.
This is my wife’s acct and will probably appear under her name, but when I talk about my generous proportions I’m talking about me, not her. Kept me dry, comfortable, and ventilated in a downpour, except for my wrists and lower arms. I have long arms and I wish it was wider and covered them. But after all it’s a poncho, and I might’ve kept my arms more protected if I hadn’t had to do some manual tasks. Sturdy material, not a vinyl poncho. I was searching for the holy grail of a rubber-covered fabric poncho like my Dad’s Vietnam-era or older Army one, but that looks hopeless. This may be the next best thing and maybe a better choice overall. I’m 5-10 or 11, stocky, big shoulders, and it went almost to my ankles. The length, or depth, is probably good for covering a backpack too, but the width might make that a problem. It air-dried fast and fit back into its pouch easily. Most outdoor products lately don’t do that, which bugs me. I would give a 4 or 4.5 except for the general review-star inflation on Amazon: I wouldn’t want to bring its average down — I’m trying to say it’s at least close to excellent, way better than I expected from all the reviews of all ponchos under $50. My only reservation besides my sodden wrists is that I haven’t yet worn it for an hour at a time, just a few minutes in a downpour. I bought the olive one at the same time and I’ll review that after longer use.

Great for bicycle touring
I have done several long bicycle tours in the U.S., Germany, Spain, Argentina, and Chile. One of the worst scenarios for the long-distance cyclist is rain and wind. While cycling across Spain, from the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean in November and December of 2017, and January of 2018, I encountered a lot of rain, wind, and snow; especially in the northwest of Spain. It was the same story, even in the Argentine summer in the Andes of the Lakes District in the Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapi in November and December of 2018, where I even had snow during their summer! Keeping the legs dry on a bicycle in a rain / hail / snow storm is no easy task while crossing mountain passes ; but this poncho will do the job, because it is extra long and will cover the cyclist's legs as well as upper body. Other ponchos are too short, but this one is extra long and works well for my 5 foot 8 inch frame. In addition, I have found that a poncho is much better even than Gortex rain gear, such as portrayed in the photo above; because it allows for better ventilation. Although I made it to Santiago, Spain in early January of 2018, I did so in a cold, winter rain storm. My Gortex rain parka, purchased from REI, failed me at that time and I was soaked under the rain parka. This poncho will do the job better for the touring cyclist than even a combination of Gortex rain parka and specialized cycling rain chaps. It is also much lighter, a win-win situation. Also, consider, that after crossing into Chile in late December 2018 and cycling north on Ruta 5 to Santiago, as one goes farther north, the weather becomes warmer and warmer and drier. This light poncho then either comes off or is used for other purposes. Keep on making this poncho for the long distance touring cyclist -- and keep it long!

Very sturdy and well made poncho. The material is durable and provides great protection from the rain and wind. It fits comfortably, holds up well in bad weather, and feels built to last. I’m very satisfied with the quality and would definitely recommend it.

I checked out all the reviews online and YouTube before I bought this brand, Waterproof, but just could not get on with it especially wearing it on a windy day and prefer a waterproof coat, I keep this in my car as a emergency Item, as it comes in a handy stuff sack, which is very small when all stowed away. Overall for the price, you cannot go wrong..

La custodia si è strappata nel tentativo di riporre il telo dentro. È chiaramente sottodimensionata, e non mi era mai capitato con altri teli.
