Fits Cummins isx perfectly.I believe all the isx had the same drain plugs. I know the 870,871,2250 and 2350 this will fit.Specifically I installed it on a 2014 Peterbilt 587 with a Cummins cm2350.Installed on passenger side and it tightened up right to an ideal angle to keep the valve lever to the rear.

Was told this item fits my truck, but had to buy an extension adapter

I have one of these on each of my vehicles for approximately 3 years now. No leaks thus far. Not a big deal for my wife's cars because I don't have to change her oil that often. But my diesel truck is used the most and I change my oil every 5,000 miles or before and after trips. That comes out to be 4 or 5 oil changes a year. With this fitting I can drain the oil while the truck is still hot as hell and not scold myself. Don't have to worry about the oil going everywhere and down my arm that would normally happen when you use the regular oil plug. I couldn't speak high enough of this product and it will certainly be the first purchase I make for every vehicle I buy in the future.
