U.S. Solid Automatic Tape Dispenser, Electric Ribbon Cutting Machine JF-3000, Tape Width 6-60mm, Length 5-999mm

After returning another auto dispenser that was horrible, I decided to take a chance and try this one. I honestly did not have high hopes, but boy was I wrong! I'm seriously impressed by built quality and functionality of this unit. From pictures it looks like cheapo plastic-y gadget, but it's very solid. From labels that are clearly printed and buttons that well defined to all moving parts that just fit together. Beeps and chimes it makes are very pleasant too!But other than looks does it actually work? YES YES YES! I needed to cut small pieces of very thick 3M double sided mounting tape that has very strong adhesive and only 1 inch wide. This machine has no issues feeding the tape and slicing it like butter. Cuts are super straight (unlike with previous cutter I tried) and fall right off. It has bunch of presets and great news is you can change length of the preset and it actually remembers it after you power cycle the unit.Tape holder has adjustable width and made of metal. Loading tape is easy with thicker tape, and slightly finicky with thin tape, but still not hard.One reviewer wrote about it not being able to handle anything over 1" in width, but it's simply not so. I loaded 2-in wide shipping clear tape and it was able to feed it easy. It has so many features, most of which I don't even need.The only small negative I would mention is the manual. It's a little hard to read as there seems to be no spaces between words, yeah I know :) Still all the information is there.Another small complaint I have is that feeder teeth leave deep impressions on my thick double sided tape, and I haven't found yet a way to adjust pressure...Other than this, I absolute love this tape cutter!

This item only lasted about 2 months and then would no longer power up. There is no option to return at that point which seems to be the business model. Seller did nothing to fix the issue after they were made aware of the problem. They just ran me around a lot and pretended it was Amazons fault

First off the product functions wonderfully and as described. It helps shave off time with the packaging process by automatically dispensing tape to the size desired. If you follow proper instructions you will be very happy with this product.Second, the customer service was so gracious and sent me a replacement after messaging them that my machine had malfunctioned. I had left my machine on and in automatic mode for a day. (Please turn yours off after ever use).This company stands behind their products and that is enough for me to be confident in ordering more products from them. Thank you U.S. Solid.

I use it to dispense Kapton tape and found that it dispenses them only on certain brands. Works on one flawlessly 100%, dispensing the tape straight out while it works on another 95% of the time, curling up and/or spitting out crumpled segments. I fault the quality of the tape so if your machine doesn’t produce desirable results, try another brand to use on the machine. I’m very pleased with this and you will too!

Product was great until it stopped working 2 days ago. Looked up the returning policy and it had expired 7 days ago
