Since my purchase I have found I have a genuine Janome buttonhole foot. Comparing the two I would definitely recommend the Janome, this product is not as easy to use nor as robust.

Works perfectly
My machine is an Elna Explore 340 and this fits it perfectly. It was easy to use and has sturdy parts too.
