Update: *I'm not sure if every bottle comes with a "Get your Next Bottle Free" sticker, but mine did. It worked up until I had to give the title of my review and then I got ignored. I tried again, then kept getting a "invalid keyword" text. I tried the email they gave me after texting "Help" and explained the situation, just to be told to text the number again.If you're just going to send people in circles, you might as well not put the sticker on there or have someone who can actually help with the email they provide.*I tried these because they were an affordable price, all natural and I needed something to help with my digestion problems. I've been using them for about 2 weeks now and have noticed that my stomach doesn't look bloated anymore. So I'd say they work as advertised. The only con is trying to make sure you take them 20 minutes before you eat because sometimes I don't know when I'll be eating or by the time I do, I don't want to wait and have my food get cold. But I'm sure if you plan ahead, it'll be fine.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease one year ago and ever since I have struggled with digestion and trying to clean out my gut. I almost stopped using this product. It upset my stomach, I stayed uncomfortably queasy, and I couldn't stop going to the bathroom for three days. After doing a little research, I saw that a probiotic can have that effect so I decided to give it another couple days. The nausea eased up some after the fifth day, but I wasn't totally convinced so I skipped a couple days, let my system do its thing (there was a LOT of - shall we say - emptying going on in this time frame), and then pondered whether to start taking it again. I decided to give it a go one more time after 3 days of not taking it, and this time, there was no nausea. Now I take it consistently and have seen quite a bit less gas and bloating, more consistent bathroom habits, and - oddly - an aversion to super heavy foods (that may be from something else, but I note it here for timing). The key reason I bought it was to try to combat the gas issue, and that's where it has excelled. I am otherwise healthy and pretty conscientious, so I just wanted to see if there might be some kind of imbalance going on. This seemed like a reasonable place to start. It did what I needed it to do, so I'd say if you can manage the adjustment period, it's worth it. If you can't fathom that or if you have existing health conditions, I wouldn't do it.
