Great! Can use on any operating system
Just what I was looking for! I like having a copy of some documents on a secure drive. Yes, you can use cloud password/file vaults, but I like having the option of having it on a physical drive. With this one, the encryption is built into the thumb drive itself, so there is no software to update in order to use it. Just enter the password on the drive itself and plug it in. This is great because I also have a Chromebook and this works perfectly. Please understand that you have 10 seconds to enter your password, then the drive must be inserted within 30 seconds. No problem. It offers a nice option that lets you set the timeout period after which the drive turns off. Nice if you happen to leave it in your computer that's on. Don't forget your password. After 10 attempts it wipes your drive COMPLETELY, so you lose all your data and need to reformat the drive. Love this drive.

Secure device for storing important estate documents
This device is perfect for my use to provide a secured alternate back-up of estate/financial planning documents that can be shared at appropriate time with my estate executor or power of attorney. Easy to use and works with Apple and Microsoft operating systems.

Solid and cover stays on
I keep a USB with important data on key. Most if the data is encrypted so it would not be terrible if I lost it. But sometimes some of the data is not. This is a good size as a key chain and it gives me some extra peace of mind. The only thing that would hurt me if I lost it would be the cost to replace it.

For my go-bag
Easy to use. We live in wildfire country and I got this for my "go bag." I wanted to have important info with me but feel much safer using a travel drive that locks.
