I much prefer the 10- over the DSM . It thinks like I do in terms of diagnosis and thus, is easy to use. I like the summary list in the beginning which makes it easy to access diagnoses. Unlike the DSM-V which I have yet to understand the order. I got it a year before it was required in billing and was delighted.

Considering the in transit and intransient nature of the code at the present time, many of us see problems ahead for the organization of the materials. I appreciated the attempt to clarify and to put into print the commonalities and the challenges of the current codes and past history of the DSM and ICD development and justifications. At the same time, like others who work in this field lament the absence of women in the ranks of the experts who comment as well as the developers of the ICD and DSM.

I got the book really quickly and it was in perfect condition. I am very pleased.

it arrived ahead of schedule (yay!) and was in perfect condition just like the ad said. These books can also be very expensive but the price was soooo reasonable! I'd order again in a heartbeat.

it gets the job done. Loving it--not so much. Icd-10 thinks it is the holy grail, but it falls short. The book has it covered well however.
