Nice book. Good variety. Numbers are a little small.

My son loves dot to dots and this one kept him busy for quite a while with so.e challenging puzzles.

These books are a great and relaxing time. You really can't tell what you're drawing until you finish! Plus there are lots of fun puzzle types. I got this one for a friend after they tried mine and liked it. I'd do them using a felt-tipped pen or very narrow marker so you can see your drawing more clearly. It can also help to have a little ruler, but the designs are well-made so it's not normally necessary. Could also be a good get-well-soon gift, since they're easy to do and very satisfying.

I give these to my middle school students when they finish a test early. They love them and it keeps them pretty calm. There are a lot of variations on how to connect the dots - there are alphabetical words, compass directions, coordinates, etc. which keeps it interesting.

My MIL gav one of my children one of these dot to dot books for Christmas. She loved it so much, and the other 2 kids and my hubby and I couldn't stop asking her to leave us a puzzle to do, I ordered one for each of us. The kids have never been so quiet when riding in the car, or sitting in a doctor's office. It's fun to see what the dots turn into as they are connected.Highly recommended!

Bough this one for my dad, who is 68 years old, so he can keep is brain training in different things, like nowadays doctors recommend. He loves the book, and for him it’s been a good task to perform instead of been sitting in front of the TV all afternoon, so top rating for this one.

Kalvitis hat sich immer geärgert, dass die "Punkt zu Punkt"-Bücher (bei denen Zahlen verbunden werden müssen) immer nur für kleine Kinder gemacht sind und dass die Bilder oft schon vor dem Verbinden zu erkennen sind. Er änderte das mit seinen Dot-to-Dot-Büchern, die jetzt endlich auch in Deutschland erhältlich sind (in englisch).Diese Bücher bieten Verbindungsbilder, deren Zahlen bis in die Hunderte gehen. Dadurch braucht man schon etwas Zeit und Ruhe für ein solches Bild. Ich vergleiche das so ein bisschen wie das Malen von Mandalas: Eine sehr entspannende Tätigkeit!Da die Zahlen so hoch sind, sind die Bilder auch entsprechend komplex und dank einiger Regelkniffe (z.B. darf man absetzen, wenn die Zahl an einem Stern statt einem Punkt steht), entstehen die Bilder tatsächlich erst beim Malen und sind vorher nicht erkennbar.Einziger Nachteil: Die Zahlen sind recht klein (das müssen sie auch sein, damit so viele auf eine Seite passen) und entsprechend braucht man eine gute Beleuchtung und muss ein bisschen suchen.Dieses Buch 8 enthält neben den normalen Vernindungsbildern noch einige Varianten, die vor allem bedeuten: Man muss mehr suchen und sich noch mehr konzentrieren (z.B. wenn Worte alphabetisch verbunden werden oder man Zahlen aus einem Raster heraussuchen muss oder Koordinaten verbindet). Das ist mir persönlich zu arg, aber als Möglichkeit schätze ich das durchaus.

Da ich es leid war billig gemachte Punkt-zu-Punkt Hefte im Handel zu kaufen entschloss ichmich nach einiger Recherche im Internet zu diesem Produkt.Das Heft hat einen stabilen Einband und die Seiten sind schön fest und dicker. Das bedeutet, das bei dernächsten Aufgabe die Striche von der vorherigen nicht durchschimmern (wenn nicht gerade ein dicker-fetter Eddingbenutzt wird).Trotz das es auf Englisch ist, ist die Einführung am Anfang durch Bilder gut zu verstehen.Es gibt verschiedene Aufgaben wie z.B. das klassische Bild von Anfang bis zum Ende in einem Zug, aber auchAufgaben bei den man z.B. von 1-5 dann 6-10 u.s.w. zieht. Bei manchen müssen verschiedene Symbole gesuchtund verbunden werden. Bei jeder Aufgabe steht wieviele Punkte es gibt (z.B. 1-101) und auch dieAufgabenform. Teilweise ist es kniffelig und es empfiehlt sich mit einem Bleistift oder einem radierbaren Stiftzu arbeiten.Diese Buch-Reihe ist nicht vergleichbar mit den Heftchen die man am Kiosk erwerben kann.

This book is good fun. I bought it as a gift for someone recovering from a serious illness, she used it a s a talking point with visitors and everyone had a go at completing at least one section of a 'dot-to-dot'. Instead of those deathly silences when no-one knows quite what to say there was plenty of laughter, the 'dot-to-dots' do provide a Super Challenge but they are achievable and are quite addictive. My friend can't wait for her next book.

Did not know what to expect from this book. Bought it as a birthday present for my 25 year old son and having a quick browse through it when it arrived I was amazed. The dot to dots are really very hard, complicated and unusual. My son was so pleased with it he could not wait to get started. There are small instructions at the top of each puzzle to help you make a start, and even some of these i couln't understand. This book is not for children (unless they are extremely clever). Great book,Recommended buy for somebody who needs to think.Quick delivery, well packaged.

I love all dot to dot books but this book as well as the other greatest challenge books are the best. They have so many different types of dot to dotsto do it is unbelievable. They are so much fun. Hours and hours of fun.I recommend them to everyone who likes to feel likes something a little different.
