A nice belt for your pants (and your wallet)
This lighter, EDC version of Wolf's Rigger belt that just arrived for me should do everything I need it to do and more. So if you're just trying to hold up your pants for thar instagram photo and attach a flashlight or two, then there's probably nothing else better for the price. My only regret is that I never saw these around back when I was still in the Marine Corps because I would have been happy not having to pay triple the price for practically the same thing as this. 90% of the people saying "I wouldn't bet my life on this" and swearing by the more expensive "tactical" brands (luckily) would never even have to put their lives on the line over a damn belt anyways since burger king isn't as dangerous as it used to be back in the day; If you're just looking for a nice EDC belt that might see some light gear or equipment now and then on a weekend ruck or something then you can't really go wrong with this. I'd maybe perhaps go with the heavier duty version for anything more extreme though, but since I've not yet seen that one for myself, I can't really give an honest suggestion/recommendation on how well it would hold up. However, based on what I've seen with this one, It's probably the safer bet for the additional load; Just make sure you get the proper size cuz I'd really hate to have to custom fit this because of things like velcro placement, etc. You're better off exchanging for the better size and if you so happen to fall in between then well... sucks. Luckily, the tactical gods had mercy on me and things ended up working out really well and I couldn't be happier with the fit and quality of the belt. Regardless, no matter what you do, it's not like you're breaking the bank or anything even if you went with the more expensive, heavier version (only by a few dollars)...So, all in all, you can't really go wrong if you're looking to try a decent belt that you can wear in or out of uniform. P.S..looks great and performs well alongside some work suspenders as well (just in case anyone's wondering)... But that's just my two cents. Semper Fidelis

Great belt
great quality belt, the sizing is rather large. I ordered a medium for a 34 waist size and I have plenty left over, probably could've ordered a small. Definitely needs broke in though, the belt is very rigid.

Good for the most part
I like most things about this belt but there are some areas where I wish were better addressed. -Pros: 1. Quality of parts, appear sturdy and strong 2. Nice fit 3. Wolf Tactical is based in the USA, but not sure where belt is manufactured. Hope it's Not made in China. -Cons: 1. Wish there was more/better stitching between the buckle and D ring. There's a single line of stitching where as the more expensive belts have a more reinforced "x'ed box stitch" but cost twice as much. 2. Maybe a Con at first but likely to work itself out once "broken in", but hard to adjust tightness of belt. Overall, this is a good everyday belt that can and should meet the majority of everyone's needs. I wouldn't trust this belt to fully hold a "decent load" on the d ring due to the light stitching between the buckle and d ring. Not sure how many people would use that function of it but it's worth noting.

Bend over without giving away your mysteries
I was working a job inspecting damage to semi trailers, which required me to climb into and under them half the day while sitting at a desk the other half. I needed a belt that kept my jeans in place, so I didn’t give away my...mysteries. This is the perfect belt. The heavy duty material provides nice structure and even, comfortable pressure, even when pulled more tightly. I had trouble fastening it under my first belt loop at first, given the Velcro, but I quickly realized it was better to fasten it over the belt loop on my jeans to keep the whole thing from shifting side to side. The added bonus was a small second strip of Velcro on the opposite side, attached to the D-ring that makes it very easy to secure a tactical light, pouch, or utility knife for easy access. It works perfectly on the sheath of my CRKT Sting, which has become a go to EDC. For reference, I wear a size 31 or 32 waist pant, and the small belt fit true to size. The only initial drawback was that the buckle juts out a little when fastened, but given the thickness and sturdiness of the belt, I should have expected it. I’m eventually going to buy a size up to belt my trench coat, once we get back into the cold and rainy season.

Tough and simple
Bevel cut end, aluminum hardware, rigid textile material and machine washable makes these belts perfect for hard use. I have 3 of these and wash inside a pillowcase and air dry when they get funky or sweaty. Perfect rigidity for iwb and owb holsters.

Quality seems decent enough, but the design makes in impractical to use as a belt
The belt appears to be well-made, but the design isn't practical for use. You have to thread the loose end through the buckle, then fold it back to seal the velcro and attach the "extra" length back to the belt. The problem is, if you've threaded the belt through belt loops as you put it on, then you have to re-thread this extra length back through the same belt loops - with the two "attactive" sides of the velcro trying to latch together and stop the two sections from sliding against one another the entire time (while the confines of the belt loop prevent you from separating them by any substantial distance). The end result is that it's a gigantic pain to get the thing on and off each time you use it. The versions where you set the length once and connect/disconnect a buckle to put the belt on and take it off seem like the far better option (assuming the buckles fit through your belt loops).
