4.25 inch Commander 1911 is a perfect fit.
The commander size 1911 is one of the most perfect concealed carry handguns ever produced. There are a few variations and you need to be aware of them. If you have a 4 inch (Springfield), get a holster for a 4 inch. If you have a 4.25 inch (Colt, S&W, etc...) this holster is perfect. If you have a rail, get a holster for a gun with a rail.If you carry a 4.25 inch commander and you accidentally get a 4 inch holster, your muzzle will stick out and get scratched. So make sure you're getting the right holster.Bianchi has a well earned reputation for premium concealed carry holsters. This holster definitely carries on that tradition.I wear a 1.75 inch belt, not a 1.5 inch, so I had to slightly enlarge the belt slots. Other than that, it's perfect out of the box.

I have tried several OWB holsters for my Springfield EMP4 ccc, this is bar far the best. Fits tight & secured!

Fits Dan Wesson CCO Perfectly
Fits my Dan Wesson Valkyrie 4.25" Commander perfectly, or should with any standard pattern 1911 Commander slide/frame. Bianchi quality, not bad for ~$40. Small mass/size, curved hip contour keeps it close to the body for tight concealment. It needs to be broken-in, use the gun in baggie trick.

Excellent high quality product from Bianchi.
This is a fine holster, but tight. You will need to break it in by placing it in a large Ziplok bag, and then inserting the pistol and leaving it in the holster for a few days. This should loosen it up just fine.
