They are not the ring ones.
So bought these because the ring carbopol 35mm were out of stock. Not bad for a quick light needed less to get a good session going but they burnt out too quick for me. Not a bad thing but not a good one either if you just want to get going and not get up for a while. I prefer their ring style coals but in a pinch these work great. I would buy again but as a backup.

These are AWESOME
The exact thing all the reviews are complaining about (short burn time) is exactly why we LOVE these. They get going really fast and burn super hot. I hope they never change this. I order these at least 10 boxes at a time
