UPDATED After 1 Month: I am subtracting another star because the Bluetooth has a very annoying issue where you have to reset the speakers 50% of the time when trying to connect because it will say "Connection Unsuccessful". Resetting the speakers means you either have to remove the grill cover or unplug the wall plug for 10 seconds.ORIGINAL Review: I love the product itself but mine was missing one of the very important little 3.96mm Terminal Plugs that you need to connect the low voltage power line from the speaker to the wall outlet. This was very annoying because you can't just run down to your local big box store and get one. It's a unique piece. I had to order it online and wait a week before it arrived. Normally I wouldn't bother complaining about this but other reviewers have had the exact same problem. Very frustrating.

bought a pair almost 2 years ago, I was a bit hesitant to have speakers in the bathroom, the spot in the house chose for them. They arrived missing a part (think its standard practice hehehe), I contacted the company and the response was top notch, very helpful and fast, I was very surprised. Tried first wired in bedroom and the sound was good, then I installed them in the wall bathroom wireless through Bluetooth and the sound is even better. We're so happy with these speakers that Im ordering a new pair

30 Jun 19 - I figured the missing connection that others reported for the power connection was a fluke...unfortunately it's not.My unit arrived without the little green power connection others reported missing; this says that the Company either doesn't consider quality control an issue and hasn't taken steps to correct the situation or doesn't care. Neither is good.

Had a part missing to power speaker. Had to risk cutting the wire and making field connection! Don’t bother calling freee support because this company has none. If this place is still in business it’s an absolute miracle. Sound quality is fine. But would recommend another brand with better service!

If you have not had speakers installed into your walls, then you are in for a treat. These Bluetooth speakers provide theater like sound. They are easy to install (comes with a template for the wall cut), come with a cover (that can be painted to match the wall) and they provide rich sound for all your media. I am very happy with this product!

Deep, rich theater sound using the cavity space between studs in wall. Easily connected to Amazon Echo to use with their music service. Installation isn't difficult, biggest thing was getting over the fear of cutting into wall. Comes with templates so you can pre-plan before cutting. Suggest having detailed gameplan and layout before doing any cutting. Connecting the two speakers together required planning since needs to be hardwired together. Speaker covers paintable but decided to leave unpainted for show. Well worth the little bit of work to install

These speakers are a perfect addition to our home entertainment system. We were pleased with the sound quality and the ease of installation. These small speakers pack a huge sound. The covers are a white color and you are able to paint them to match your interior decorations. There are no cords showing for the power source. And of course, being Bluetooth there are no aux cords needed.

Very clear sound quality with good bass. Comes with everything needed to install including a template for the wall cutout. I’m very pleased with these and would recommend to anyone wanting add more to their home theater setup.
