I bought this shower system combo set back in Oct 2018. We finally got around to finishing the installation in December 2018. We have been using this now for the last 3 months. The product was shipped promptly as promised, in good packaging. When you actually hold it in your hands, you see and feel the quality and excellent finish it has. This is by far the best value for money. In addition to that, the customer support from SR Sun Rise is outstanding. I had minor issues with a couple of parts. But they promptly shipped the replacements. It never held up of my project. There are many similar products available from other Chinese companies. But, you cannot go wrong with this product and buying it from this company - SR Sun Rise.The performance of the shower system has been satisfactory so far. The main part that goes behind the tiles appears to be really well designed and manufactured. It got installed quite easily. The installation manual is just pictures, no text. It can be a bit confusing at times. But if you have a halfway smart plumber, he/she can figure it out easily. It's not that complicated. A word of advice - make sure the depth of the valve and the drop ear elbow in wall is accurate for the decorative parts to fit perfectly later when finished, flushed with the tiles. It is important for these to stick out enough for a solid fit to prevent any leaks, but not too far out to leave a gap between the tile and deco plates. It's not specific to this product, it's needed for any shower system.All-in-all, a 5-start product from a good vendor, with great value for money.I intend to update this review in a few months after more use. If you don't see an update below, it means it's still working well and my opinion hasn't changed.

I've bought 3 of these because I was very impressed with the first. Heavy, solid brass construction on most of the parts. High polish chrome finish. Seems to be excellent quality and the shower head nozzles are super easy to unstop when water deposits clog them up. My water is from a well with a lot of junk in it. One of the three started dripping a little out the shower head with the water off but it quit after a few weeks and has been fine ever since.

Full bathroom remodel, I have never done any plumbing or anything like this before.Installation was easy, the fixtures themselves are just lovely in person. Shower hose is very flexible, the brass diverter is machined VERY well. One of the problems with a lot of the cheaper chinese products is that their dies are overused, and the threading gets rough the more they make with the same die. The threading on this was exceptional. My water pressure sucks, but the shower system is still pretty good. In my case, the rainfall is really a rainfall, it's not a massager on your back and neck, it's more like rain. Which is why I'm VERY glad I spent the money to get the attached hose. It sits nicely in the holster, and you can aim that at your back and neck. So be very considerate of WHERE exactly you mount this. I lucked out and its a little above neck/shoulder height for me.I had an issue with water leaking continually through the handheld attachment, and contacted SR Sunrise. They were very responsive and helped me through removing the center brass ring. Debris had fallen into the diverter during construction and wasn't allowing a proper seal. I removed the ring and shot some water in there, sealed it back up and works perfectly. Nice to have customer service actually come through.Well done, excellent product. I grimaced over the cost (since I'll be selling this house), but super super worth it.

WAW!!! WAW!!! WAW!!!Frankly speaking I am not a big review writer, but for this case I immediately decided to leave a feedback.I am really impressed how the customer service have reacted. When I ordered this set I did not payed attention that the shower head is wall mounted, instead I need ceiling mounted. I wrote to customer support and got a reply within a minutes!!! It was unbelievable! Customer support team member Bear was more than accommodative and informed me that this is not a problem at all and they will send me ceiling mount. When I ask the address to send my wall mounts back to them he answered that it is not necessary, and I can keep them. I would like to especially note that customer service respond was instantaneous.Because I did not instal this set yet, I can not tell about quality. But I can state that I bought and returned a several similar products, because of poor quality, but this set looked good, solid and you can feel that it made from heavy and lasting metal.I am sure that after installing this set my opinion will stay the same.Once again thank you guys for quality product and brilliant customer service.

I have tried to reach out to the contact emails (3) party provided here in the Amazon portal but to no avail for 3 times -2 bounced back.All i need is is it normal for the shower head to become rusty after it has been installed for 18 months- it could have been sooner, but just noticed last week.I have ordered 2 shower system. The other 1 is doing fine, no rust. But 1 is not , as shown in the picture. Can SR provide me an assistance on this rusty shower head. We were happy with the product until this rust becomes noticeable. Thank you.Thank you.
