Whats going on with these prices? I started buying at 21$ now its 85$ ???

The ~$25 price is was selling at before was INSANELY low. Someone at Amazon had to have messed up big time. I buy 3-5 cases a month for a restaurant, and all other suppliers for about the last 10 years have been closer to $100/case. The $20 price point was surely a mistake of some kind.

About the same but the bagged one is a little more runny than the jarred one

How many ounces are in each 6.5 bag?

Each bag is 6.5 pounds (6.5 X 16 ounces). It is way too much unless you are running a concession stand because it comes as six of these giant bags. It tastes very good.
