Renae's Red Snappers 12 Foot

After trying a few different ways to attach my quilts to my longarm (including sewing my own leaders, attaching super long zippers to my leaders (all a waste of money and time) I finally shelled out for these “Red Snappers”. I was so tired of jabbing myself with pins🤬. I also purchased the Grace Longarm Leaders, which I sewed small channels for the Red Snappers to be put in. Wow! I have arthritis in my finger and wrist joints and I found these to be super easy and fast to attach my quilts to my longarm. The entire set up installation was EASILY COMPLETED within an hour and a half. This set up is a must have. Even first quilt put in the set up was super simple, and bending the long red clip-on prior to clipping it on, was helpful. Check YouTube for tutorials, which are very helpful.

I always wanted this and I finally splurged. This works exactly as described and will save so much time. I won’t have to pin the things together. Awesome product and I would highly recommend for busy quilters.

I've been quilting for years and before I got my red snappers, I used the pinning technique. NEVER AGAIN! Red Snappers has made loading a quilt so much easier! Before I got them, I spent at least 30-45 minutes pinning a quilt onto my quilting machine frame. With Red Snappers, the whole loading process for the top and backing takes less that 15 minutes! That's a HUGE benefit to the quilting community.

I'm still not as fast as I'd like to be, but once you figured it out, they are a definite time saver. Top and bottom backing requires more than the usual 6 inches of extra fabric, but no big deal.

Good way to help attach a quilt to a long arm machine. No more pins needed

I've used these for a year or more on my longarm leaders. They do make it easier to load the fabric. I can also use pins if I am aligning a design or spot quilting as in repair.
