Defective product
Scanner glass is broken when opened the package even though the packing was excellent. The seller might have taken some care while packing the product - trust pre inspection was not done before packing. Got replacement for the scanner. This time, the software CD is broken. Buying products from this seller is bit risky. Expect reply from the seller
