Am not getting its charging mechanism..Even if i dont plugged in the charger in the socket,the green light on the charger is on(when plugged to light)

Dear customer, When the charger is plugged into both an electrical outlet and the battery, there should be a red light showing on the charger. A red light showing indicates that the charger is in contact with the battery and is actively charging the battery. Once the battery has reached a voltage level that is considered “fully charged” the red light changes to green. If the charger is plugged into the battery only, it should show a green light. If it does not show a green light, it is likely that the charger is not making contact with the battery. The most likely reason for this is a faulty fuse on the wiring harness.

Can the the beam angle is adjustable?
