Use these for applying wax for personal grooming. They are straight, uniform, with a good finish. No splinters. Never require batteries. Work well for intended purpose, plus they appear as though they could be successfully used to build a model house, although I haven't tried.

The applicators are quite long compared to the ones that come with the CVS body wax kit. It allows for longer strokes of wax application and hence makes your work a bit easier.
