Amazing👍
I am black coffee fan and I just brought the perfect coffee for my taste. I would not call myself an coffee expert but this is really great stuff. According to me it is Perfectly roasted, Perfectly ground and has a consistent taste. The smell is just wow. I don't think I am ever going back to coffee with milk.I certainly intend to use their other variants..The price is nominal and the packaging is good and sturdy. Though you can keep it in the same paper bag for storage I would advise moving it to a proper glass container just in case you want to preserve the Aroma

Very good but very expensive
It was my first speciality coffee. It was excellent. The beans were fresh. Roasted few weeks ago. I used them in my Delonghi dedica and could make some nice espressos, lungos and cappuccinos. I usually prefer stronger dark roasts and it was good. I'm no coffee expert to define the taste but I can distinguish bad and good coffee. It is certainly one of the best coffees I tasted. It is very expensive though.

Too dark a roast, bitter and burnt - Good for cold brews
Did not like this roast - way too dark for my taste, I figure. The aroma felt off (which might be due to the extra dark roast which usually loses its freshness real quick due to the coffee bean cell-walls breaking). Sure, some people might like the pitch-black burnt essence of coffee, but I don't like the "bold" / "strong" flavor. Would take Attikan or Kalledeverapura Estate options (Medium to Medium-Dark) over this any day.PS: I did try multiple ways to make this more drinkable, which included lowering the water temperature to 185F (85C) and lowering the brew time (3min instead of 4). The flavor got noticeably better upon doing both of these things, I could get at the nutty, chocolaty hints now. However, using this for Cold-brew changed the game.Left 50g of this with 450mL room temperature water in my French press for 12hrs overnight at room temperature. Filtered out the extract the next morning to find a clear, noticeably sweeter, less ash-bitter and more chocolaty cold-brew. The only downside is, cold-brew is uneconomical, and I'd suggest getting cheaper coffee for it as the bean quality doesn't really matter.

Very Dark Roast but easy to overcook
This is a very dark roast and its very easy to overcook this one.The aroma is very beautiful and it has some very good coffee oil. I use french press and in my experience, I found that I get the best taste at strict 3min brewing (1:17 ratio) and every second after that I am moving towards bitterness.I tried with 1:12 as well for 3:45 min brewing and it works well that way as well but the best combination would be if you add 20-40% of this with a slightly milder beans and then try, it will taste absolutely amazing.
