This is an absolutely stunning work of art, and is actually too beautiful to describe here in my review. It is delicately intricate and yet strong and has a nice weight to it. The screw top is very secure and will not open unless you unscrew it manually, so you won't have to worry about losing it or it's precious contents. It has become my most beloved piece of jewlery.

I gave my step daughters this with a note inside on our wedding day. It was absolutely perfect and special. Top unscrews. You will need a chain if you don’t already have one. Great quality for price!

I bought this for my Mom, she has to keep her heart meds on her at all times. Other options are so medical and not very fashionable, so I was excited to find something that is functional and beautiful, but the loop broke from the box already, so it won't go on her chain anymore. :(

It really should have some sort of o-ring to make it water/sweat proof so the contents don't get wet.
