I purchased the YogaBar Breakfast Protein Bars (12 Bars) expecting them to be a convenient and healthy breakfast option. Unfortunately, after consuming these bars, I experienced symptoms that felt like a food-allergy-type reaction, including spasms/discomfort in my food pipe (esophagus). I do not have any known food allergies, so this reaction was unexpected and concerning. Because of these symptoms, I have stopped consuming the product and would not recommend it based on my personal experience. I hope the manufacturer takes such customer reactions seriously and reviews the ingredients and allergen information carefully.
