SerenIT who fulfilled the VPN license was very responsive post-sale when I had questions about delivery. (Tracking information implied the VPN licenses would arrive in the postal mail, not electronically.) SerenIT explained it would be digital, but it could take a few days for Sonicwall to provide the activation key. Once generated SerenIT sent it to me electronically right away. VPN activation of the additional licenses was super easy. Only had to choose upgrade in the Sonicwall console on the VPN and enter the key. Upgrade appeared immediately. Would happily use SerenIT again, and get the VPN license upgrade.

Very good product and deliver on time or before will buy again

I purchased these to get my Sonicwall VPN up and running for my home office. After multiple emails, and multiple emails trying to get it to work, the VPN still doesn't work. I can't return these since they are a sheet of paper liscense keys. When I reach out for support, this is the email I get. I wish I didn't go with Sonicwall... :-(
