Good quality.

I am building a number of chassis with differing features, such as a robot arm, intelligent camera and lidar along with other such devices. It quickly became clear I needed a mobile test bed to test some such devices before giving them a permanent home. This chassis kit was ideal giving me all bases of a test bed at a great price.

So lets be fair here. Most of these cheap kits come supplied as this did with 2.5mm acrylic base plate. This is not substantial enough to withstand much in the way of impact or installation of components without sag, my build had an arduino and a l293 motor board and was already starting to sag. But for a rapid prototype before moving to thicker acrylic its great.The higher quality kits which will take some impact and not sag or threaten to crack in half while assembling your robot (e.g. elegoo kits) use 5mm acrylic.I have given 4 stars as you cannot really grumble at this price, the motors run nice and smooth and the battery case is pretty good quality as is the trailing castor wheel.If you are in the market for a 3 wheel robot car chassis then I would recommend this over the more expensive but identical quality kits on Amazon, you can always then use the included base plate to act as a template to cut a much better one out of 5mm Acrylic

I had started to build and test the parts when I noticed some parts were missing. It's only 4 nuts, so I can get them somewhere else. Value for the package is excellent.

Disappointed!Doesnt worth it, the main objects are broken.Pay a bit more and get better quality

This is a cheap kit, and it does what is advertised. Was a little tricky to put together in places although it went together fine in the end. Would have liked it if more screws and standoffs were included to mount a microcontroller. No additional screws are supplied so I would recommend buying some.
