MHL to HDMI, Micro USB to HDMI Converter for Android Smart Phones and Tablets with MHL Function Support 1080P High Definition Resolution

On the recommendation of the tech at Amazon Prime Video, I bought this device to enable me to watch downloaded Amazon Prime Video content on an offline television, as I cannot get cable television in my semi-rural location. However, connecting my Samsung Galaxy S7 to a brand new NAXA television with this device leads to a "No Media" message, so it did not work at all.

***UpdateAfter my one star review, the campany contacted me and explain that certainly the converter is not compatible with the Samsung S7. They were very helpful and willing to fix the issue. So, I changed the review to 4 star for their excellent customer service.Inicial review:Have to return. Didn't work at all.Probably my fault. Since my phone (samsung galaxy s7) is not on the list of compatible devices. I though it was just not updated, but apparently it really is not for that model.Learn from my mistake, do not buy if you phone is not listed.

Does not work period. Samsung S5 & S7 Edge cellphones with 3 different TVS from a plasma with MHL Function, a Samsung Smart TV and Haeir TV. Pretty disappointed from product description stating it would work. I also added a power supply to just be sure. Did some trouble shooting and placed phones on Airplane Mode with nothing working.

I would have been very happy with the price if it had worked, I was bummed when I plugged my tablet into the adapter and into 33 different HDMI cords and was never able to watch the Baseball game I was streaming on my HD TV.

Did not work for what I needed it for, might be a great for someone else but 7 edge isn't compatible with this device.

Did not work at all.Error code: Moisture has been detected. Unplug the charger and wait until both charger and USB port are dry.Attempted with several chargers of different amperage. Junk.

Quality display was great, easy to use but it got hot about 5minutes later and die.. I connect many usb as a power source from my laptop and never have any problem..

I own an SM-T800, which is listed on the list of compatible devices - when I plug the device in, I get no HDMI signal to my monitor, but I do show power working (my tablet indicates it is charging, so the device is powered). Tried two different monitors, no result on either of them.Most likely will be returning as non-functional.
