PROTECH CONTROLS COMPANY IS DEMANDING MONEY FOR WARRANTY CLAIM
I PURCHASED A TC513 BX TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER ON 10TH DEC 2021 FOR A STAND BY PURPOSE. WITH THE HOPE THAT THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST ONE IN TEMP CONTROLLERS, I HAD NOT TEST IT. BUT ON 24/01/2022 WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT, I FOUND THE CONTROLLER IS NOT WORKING. WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER THROUGH AMAZON FOR WARRANTY CLAIM, THEY INFORMED ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT TO THEIR MUMBAI OFFICE. THEN THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. AFTER CONTACTING MANY TIMES THEY TOLD ME TO SEND MY ADDRESS. I SENT. AFTER 10 DAYS THEY HAVE SENT A QUOTATION FOR Rs. 657 PLUS 18% TAX, I.E. FOR RS.775/-. PRODUCT COST IS 1180/- INCLUSIVE OF TAX. WHEN WE RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY CLAIM THEY ARE ASKING MONEY. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF WARRANTY. I WANT THE PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY CLAIM BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. AMAZON TEAM IS TO HELP ME. THIS TYPE OF FRAUD COMPANIES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL THROUGH AMAZON
