Well constructed phone, phone and answer machine system easy to understand, quite intuitive, easy to set up, would recommend and would purchase again

This replaced a BT phone. It is far superior to BT products

Can't hear clearly even at full volume
I purchased this to replace my old Panasonic phones which were needing batteries a little too often. The phone was easy to setup as I don't need to add more phones or delve into the inner workings of the various functions. the ringtones are loud and pleasant and overall the phone is easy to use.The phone is let down by two things; It does not lend itself to being stood up without the cradle and is awkward to place in it successfully.The most annoying feature is the call volume which is frankly appalling. I can't find another Panasonic phone as loud as my 15 year old one so I am going back to it. All the KX series phones seem to suffer with low call volume and I am not happy about parting with £80 with no hope of getting it back.
