A friend suggested I try this for my pain. I put a few drops in some MCT oil and rubbed it into my knees, and it did reduce the pain. I think it worked best on the joints where there was the least amount of skin above the joint - knees, shoulders, elbows, hands, etc... The scent was very strong as well. I decided to try some in some hemp cream that I had and that works well too. It doesn't take away the pain, but it helps to make it tolerable.

Does not have the sweet smell of frankincense
Smells different from any other frankincense oil that I’ve had. It has a harsh bitter scent. When I opened the Bottle, I had to turn my face away from the smell. Sorry, Not for me.

Good quality essential oil
I’m using g this for soap making & also trying it topically for my ache knees. I read that it was good for joint pain. We will see.
