Oypla Electrical 2 KW Convector Heater - Wall Mounted Or Standing

Q: I bought this heater last month, worked alright until two days ago. what can i do to send it back.

My advice is to bin it and put it down to experience. It will cost nearly the amount of the heater to return it. It's pure pot luck with these heaters, I've got one still running after 3 years of almost daily use but one lasted 3 hours once.

Q: Why do you not refund customer's postage when a faulty heater is returned to you?
