Bamboo Pasta Drying Rack (53-0201), 10 Drying Arms, 16" Tall, 14" Wide, Stores Flat

The rack we got was a darker color than the one pictured and it is a bamboo wood rack. It's lightweight and compact. It is a tad bit short so we had to cut our noodles down so they would hang nicely without bunching up on the bottom. A little bit of balancing is required if you're doing a lot of noodles. The base is just a little small but we didn't have any problems with tipping.It disassembles, cleans, and stores easily. A great buy.

I bought this for my mother for new novice pasta making hobby. Its been a great buy. Easy to assemble. Breaks down easily and flat for storage if you don't want to keep it up on the counter. Wipes clean with a damp cloth, and has worked great for separating and drying fresh made pasta.

My wife likes that it was will disassemble and store easy when not in use. Plus easy clean up.

This is a wonderful pasta rack. It holds the two and a half cups of flour recipe that I use with no problem! Even if I only put pasta on 1 side of the arm it doesn't tip over. It is balanced very well. When I got it I thought it wouldn't hold an entire 2 cup recipe but it does and I usually have space left over. It's very smooth and wipes off cleanly comes apart easily goes together easily stores easily. The top bars are tall enough if you like your fettuccine or spaghetti long. I like it a lot!

Good size, sturdy, easy to use and went together perfectly. It helps to either use one rod to carry a batch of noodles to load the other side of a rod already half full, or have a similar size extra rod so that you can load the rack completely.

I already owned a Roma wooden drying rack (bought elsewhere), but ruined it for pasta drying when I used it in the garage. So I bought another one. This Roma rack is made from bamboo and looks much nicer than the old one, which was made from light wood. The design is improved also- the holes in the main vertical bar are placed at a staggered upward angle, and there are 5 rods instead of 4 with the older set. The rods are also thicker than the older set. (although one of them was warped, but it doesn't seem to affect its performance any). Bonus for me was that it was also a lower price than the one I bought elsewhere!

The product arrived in perfect condition and before expected. It is very easy to but together, and when finish with it, is easy to disassemble The only pro that I found is that it is unstable and very lite. When you start putting the pasta over it, if you don't balance the pasta when drying it it flips easy to the side where it has more pasta. So when starting putting the pasta over it you will need a person to hold it for you until you have more pasta to hang over it and create the balance needed. It also would be greater if the stand for it was a little more higher.

I was hesitant about getting this rack at first, because it's picture makes it appear flimsy. Not so. I am pleased with this product, as it was inexpensive & holds a lot of pasta. It's only downfall, though not a big deal, is that it's not quite tall enough for really long pasta strands or sheets. It does it's job efficiently & well, though, and for the price, you just can't go wrong!

I make pasta every weekend and it has been invaluable as I have limited space in my kitchen. I t would be better if the hole in the platform did not go all the way through so that it would make it easier to move.

Works really well! Prevents fresh homemade pasta from sticking together. The rack can easily accommodate a double batch of fresh pasta. Easy to put together and clean. A couple of the spindles that were in the package were slightly warped but that does not hinder the function at all. Highly recommended.

works nicely, easy to assemble/disassemble and store. I found some of the noodles stuck after being on it for awhile so I recommend you flour the rack as well as your dough!

I love this pasta rack! Before I bought this pasta rack, I was forced to dry my pasta on the counter. I would sprinkle the counter with flour and then begin the layering of the pasta, the towels and the flour. In other words, it was a big mess. But now, since I bought the Norpro Pasta Drying Rack, pasta drying is a cinch and very easy to clean up. As soon as I roll out and cut the pasta dough, I simply drape it over the wooden dowels to dry. No flour, no towels, no mess. I usually make two lbs of pasta and have never run out of room on the rack. I know that the design is very simple and the wood is not the strongest on the market, but it really serves its purpose and serves it well.
