Bright
I bought this light to replace the existing incandescent fixture on my boat because i got tired of having to tap on the light to get it to come on when I occasionally needed it. My guess was that, being on the water, humidity would get into the fixture causing just enough corrosion to interfere with the connection to the incandescent bulb. This light was almost a direct replacement for the existing light; even the screw holes lined up. Installation was easy and the light's bright!

Smaller than most "normal" lights
It is smaller than most dual color location lights but I am using this for my inflatable and it will work well . This LED is visible on 9.5volts really bright at 12v (very faint but does light at 8.2 volts) I plant to Velcro mine on to my dingy. Screws are the only thing you get to mount this light.

Was expecting something a bit heavier and a tad bigger but still not a deal breaker. Has been on the boat for a few months now and seems to be holding up. Could be a little brighter considering it's LED but again, not bad for the price.

Good product for the price
Installed on my old boat. Product is a different shape than original so take into consideration when ordering. It’s an old boat so I didn’t mind drilling a few new screw holes since they would all be covered over with the light. Nice and bright
