Double Plus OpenWomens Vintage Victorian Pleated Button Down Shirt Long Sleeve Stretch Blouse

I ordered quite a few sizes up. I got the XXL and that seemed to fit like a 12 which is exactly what I needed This blouse is darling and I couldnt be happier. I have looked for years for a feminine white blouse that wasn’t overly sheer and finally found it. It took a minute for the button holes to stretch. I love love love this blouse. The fit is cute and it is unique. I wore it to a promotion interview and I GOT IT! I also wore it when giving g a presentation and got many compliments.

The shirt is a big box. The model must have had a ton of fabric tucked into her backside to look so tailored.I want to like it but the fabric is just too thick, the cut too square and short, the color just a touch too yellow. I bought it in the collared and collarless and they're both more like a diamond in the rough prototype in which there's great potential for something I'd really like, but it just isn't there yet.

I am 5' 3" 120lbs and got the XL. I was not expecting to like this shirt so much. It has a very feminine look to it and really dresses up a business outfit. the buttons are difficult to close but are pretty pearls. The shirt in the back is a little see through. The material in front is a little stretchy and hugs just right. It is a little short for an XL. Maybe not suitable for taller women. I will get in black also.

Shirt is pretty boxy. Ordered a 6XL based on the sizing chart, I wear a US 14/16 depending on the item but I am 5'10" and have 45" bust 35" waist. I also have a long torso and it really is annoying when they make larger sizes just wider and do not make the length of sleeves or shirt longer. The sleeves are more like 3/4 sleeves. Buttons were scratched already and fake pearl will probably not last long. Also the tag is in Mandarin or some other text I cannot read so I don't know what the shirt is made out of but the fabric is not super nice but okay and it's NOT stretchy, that's a terrible way to describe this shirt it's more of a silk fabric. Overall this shirt should cost like 10 bucks instead of $20. I am wearing it under a dress so the boxy part is not too big of a deal but if you didn't want to tuck the shirt in a high waisted skirt or pants I think the fit would be terrible.

I was nervous about buying this shirt, because of the 3.5 star average, but it’s super cute and well made! It looks just like the pictures, and the faux pearl buttons make it even more adorable. Just remember to size up! This brand uses Asian sizing. I am usually a size 6-8 in the US, but I ordered a size 12. I think I probably could have fit into a 10, but I was nervous about the chest area. That said, I’m happy with the 12 because it lets me tuck the shirt in. Follow their sizing chart and you should be fine!

I followed the instructions that fellow reviewers offered and ordered two sizes up. The fit is good. I LOVE the style and class of this blouse. The thing that drives me absolutely crazy is the small button holes! I figured that I would work with this blouse because I like it so much - so, I worked/relaxed the button holes as much as I could. I used the blunt end of ballpoint pen, automatic pencil, cosmetic brushes, etc. That worked well enough for me to keep the blouse. However, it is still a challenge to unbutton it. That is when I absolutely hate it. I love it when I am wearing it. Go figure! Also, I had to steam the folded lines out of the blouse. I hope this helps you make your decision. I hope the manufacturer is reading this and corrects the BUTTON HOLE PROBLEM!!! I would love to give it a 5 rating.

I’m actually really surprised with the quality of this shirt. I expected it to be made of really flimsy material, but it’s actually the opposite! This item is true to size I usually wear a small sometimes a medium, so I purchased a 4 and it fit perfectly! I will definitely be buying this shirt in a different color soon!

I purchased this as a costume piece for some steampunk projects that I'm working on. For an occasional piece for this purpose, the shirt is great. I'm 5'8", and the sleeves are not long enough for me, the fabric is stretchier than I would like for weekly wear, and the stitching at the shoulder is inconsistent compared to the pictures, but I don't think that people will notice at my events. The front of the shirt and the buttons, the details that really matter to me, are nice and pronounced, so I'm overall happy with the shirt for the price.
