Item delivered not as ordered. It is different. Returned. Seller argues both are same and informed the ordered item is not available presently. Order cancelled and requested Amazon for refund.

The laptop battery supplied by lap Gadgets for Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 is different than shown in the figure. It does not mention make "Lap Gadgets" as well as specifations (eg voltage, current, mAHr etc) on the battery. It is an used duplicate battery manufactured in April 2016.I am afraid to use it with my Laptop. I have raised a return request with Amazon which they have accepted,The laptop battery was returned back by speedpost on 16-102017. Tracking no. EU038243449IN. It shows that it was delivered on 26-10-2017. I have yet to receive replacement/refund.
