Hallelujah!
I have tried so many high heel insoles that I needed a separate box to hold them all. There's not a whole lot worse than having to wear high heels and having your feet hurt all day. You can try avoiding heels but there are some occasions where nothing else will do. As I've gotten older I find nearly any heel height at all causes pain in the ball of my foot. Hallelujah for Insolia. These things are not the magic bullet but they do offer enough relief that if you have to wear high heels - or if you're foolish enough, as I was when I was younger, to choose to wear them - then you need to give these a try. They'll at least keep you from frowning and wincing the whole time you're trying to look glamorous. They don't crowd the toes and do take some of the pressure off the ball of the foot. Your back will feel better as well. Give'em a try...Yep, they are expensive, but they work better than most others I've tried.

They Really Work!
I love my Insolia Weight-Shifting Inserts. I have three new pair of Tango shoes that I was not wearing because it felt like all my weight was either on the arches or balls of my feet. The first set of inserts I happened to get inserted in the correct location on my first try. On my second pair of shoes it took a few attempts to find the 'sweet spot' that made the shoes feel better. On my third pair of shoes I only used one insert for my right foot. Follow the directions and don't be afraid if your first try isn't quite right -- they really make a difference when you find the right place for YOUR feet. I plan on ordering another set of three and will dust off some older Tango shoes that I had stopped wearing.

Do exactly what they say they'll do
I'm really impressed. After a back injury, I really just can't wear heels because of the angle at which they tilt me forward. But Insolia really work to make you stand up straight and distribute your weight evenly (they have a video called "See the Benefits" explaining this on the Insolia website). I could see the difference in my stride the second I put them in my shoes. I'm so happy to be able to wear 3" heels again without pain. These are not going to make your shoes comfortable, but they will prevent your feet, knees, and back from hurting at the end of the day. I'll definitely buy these for every pair of heels I own.

These don't work very well
I followed the instructions exactly and have tried them with various styles of heels, from 4" stilettos to 2" oxfords. They didn't work at all with the stilettos and in fact made things worse. With the oxfords, I can't really tell if they're working or not, because those shoes were designed for comfort - I can spend a whole day walking around uneven pavement in a the city in those shoes, if that helps.

Not quite as expected.
Was not as impressed as I was hoping. Maybe I need to try in other shoes.I like some I got at Walmart better, which could move from shoe to shoe.

Nothing special
I've been using Dr Scholl's High Heel inserts for years. I can't say these are any better and fitting these took several tries. I'll stick with the Dr Scholls for Her.

Kinda , sorta
sorta feel the difference in comfort level of heels...But then only use them for about 1 hour...May be worth buying for the experience of having tried them for comfort.

Really did help
They did keep my going a while longer in heels, however they made my feet sweat pretty bad which caused problems in other areas. They really do seem to shift some of the weight off the balls of your feet!
