Worked to lighten my teeth, but I couldn’t use the included tray, it’s too loose with no back so it doesn’t hold the product in, plus it’s not moldable, I tried. Doesn’t really matter to me though, I have some moldable trays I used this with and worked great with them.I consider the stain mouthwash just an added bonus, I have no idea if it will work and no good way to test it, but for the price all I wanted was the whitening tube anyways, you get a lot for the money.I noticed it slightly burning my gums a bit, just some minor white peroxide burns in a couple areas along my gumline after a few days of 20 minute twice daily use, so that tells me it’s just the right concentration of peroxide.I recommend getting some cheap moldable trays and just throwing the included tray out, it’s too lose, your mouth just fills with saliva and washes the whitener out, plus you can’t open your mouth like you can with individual moldable trays. Great deal for the whitener alone though.

I've used this stuff about once a week for years and it's great. It won't get you that same whiteness as the dentist, but my teeth are noticeable whiter after 15 minutes. Follow the instructions or your teeth might become very sensitive to cold.

I couldn't use this product! The"gel" was completely "liquid!!!!!" When I tried to squeeze the "gel" into the tray it all poured out like water!!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE!!!!! THIS LIQUID WILL NOT CLING TO THE TRAY AS IT WOULD IF IT WERE A GEL!!!! I have bought this product from both Amazon, and from the local Walmart , and I'm VERY familiar with how the product is supposed to be. I'm beyond disappointed with the quality! I'm now stuck with a whitening tray, and the rinse. Neither of which serves me, as they are designed to work with the gel (that isn't a gel) in order to benefit from the product!!!! Idid not send a picture, because the gel (being liquid) simply looks like water!!!! How do I get a refund, or the actual GEL?????

I’m seeing effects after about a week, doing twice a dayFor those who don’t like the consistency, and is watery, shake the tube extremely well and let it sit for a bit.Also, you only need the tiniest amount. Don’t “fill the tray”. You are only wasting productOnce it gets into the trays, slowly push it onto your teeth, you can see the gel creep up to your gum line. If there is excess, simply wipe off your gums with a Q-tip.This tube will last a very long time if you use the proper amount (which is less than indicated).Lastly, I have very sensitive teeth, and this product has not bothered me at all, unlike whitening strips advertised for sensitive teeth.

It's a slower process. About 2 weeks for me. However you will love your whiter smile at half the cost of other brands.

Admittedly, my teeth weren't that bad to begin with. I have coffee stains that aren't super noticeable, and I think that's because I use a good whitening toothpaste. You can see the before and after pictures I included. I was hoping to get the most whitening on my front teeth, which look good now, and also on the bottoms of my bottom teeth, which don't look much different after using the whitening gel every day for a couple of weeks. I had problems with the gel being like water as others have mentioned and read it can be because it's too cold or too hot, so I tried something and it worked......---How to turn the watery product into gel:It's cold right now where I live and I put the tube on a heating vent and left it there. It turned the watery mess into gel with no problems at all. I would think blasting the tube with a blow dryer for a few minutes would work, but I don't know that. Heat was the answer for my tube of gel. I hope this works for you to get rid of that infernal watery mess.Overall, I like this kit, but I don't love it. It didn't get rid of all the stains I wanted it to get rid of, but it did get some. The kit *does* work, just not as much as I'd hoped.
